With mutual commercial commitments with the most important Airline Companies (BA, CV, KL, TG, AF, LH, RG, SC, etc.). It is the client of IBERIA Airlines of Spain, SA with the largest volume of fleet hiring of exporting (in our geographic zone of influence), having been named for this as CARGO PRIORITY AGENT, with special rates and priority in reservations.

Transport of dangerous goods
At Ibercóndor we are experts in the air transport of dangerous goods. With a highly qualified staff and with the specific training required according to the international IATA regulations .Currently, ten people on our team have IATA dangerous goods certification.We advise you throughout the whole process, from specific packaging according to shipment characteristics and IATA regulations, taking into account the destination of the goods and the available services, such as in the preparation of the Dangerous Goods Declaration document.
Transport of perishables / temperature-controlled
Ibercóndor has a dedicated Department specialized in perishables (pharmaceutical, floral, fish, meat, fruit and vegetable products) by air transport both for export as well as import; we are one of the leading agents specialized in the processing of this classification of product, with the highest quality management , in both operations as well as in customs, as the product requires.This division boasts a highly qualified team and with over 20 years experience.

Cross trade / Triangular operations
Increasingly, and due to the effects of globalization, a general tightening of purse strings and specialization in transport operations, cross trade or triangular operations are more and more common.In cross trade operations, the companies that carry out the purchase-sale operation coordinate the movement of the goods directly from the country of origin to the destination country, which results in savings in costs, time and payment of nationalization taxes. Because in many cases exporter and importer do not know each other and are missing information, these operations can be complicated with regard to documentation. For this reason, it´s very important the agent that manages the operation, since it requires consulting in:- Issuance of Bill of Lading or AWB or CFR (Certificate of Receipt)- Documentation required.- Specific documentation or conditions, if there are Documentary Credits in any of the operations or in both (purchase/sale).- Negotiation of conditions, the applicable Incoterm duties for all operations (purchase/sale) - Origin of the goods. Combined sea/air transport
Combined sea/air transport is a faster transport service than maritime and less costly than air. It combines one part of a journey by boat, and other by plane.The service is offered from all Asian ports to all European destinations. The goods arrive at the port of origin and sail to an intermediate port (Dubai, Busan or Singapore). There, the maritime container is unloaded and the air container is loaded, departing from the intermediate airport, flying to the destination of the goods. For this it is important to take into account the IATA regulations for the air portion of the shipping. The port of Dubai, where the majority of combined transport shipping operations are carried out; it is currently the locale that offers the best options for this type of service, due to its infrastructures and geographic location. It is important to evaluate the characteristics of the shipment in order to determine if the operation will be profitable .

Thus our agreement with the company Applus+ Shanghai came about, a leading company in certification and technology services, and the first multinational in the certification sector. Services offered:FACTORY QUALITY AUDIT (FQA): Highly recommendable before starting to work with a new provider. We keep you informed of the state of the quality control system and the manufacturing process. If necessary, subsequent follow up is carried out of the improvements to introduce.DURING PRODUCTION INSPECTION (DPI, DUPRO): Carried out when the first units are finished (5-10% of the production). The manufacturing process is reviewed; verification that products meet client requirements. This permits the detection of defects in the first phase of production.PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION (PSI): When 100% of the production is complete, a random inspection of the product in accordance with the AQL (Acceptance Quality Level) is carried out.WITNESS TEST (WT): Supervision of trials in manufacturer laboratories. If the factory has testing facilities, an audit is carried out to verify the status of the equipment and trials are supervised.LOADING INSPECTION (LI): Supervision of the process of container loading . The conditions of the container, packing, quantities, packing list, identification, etc. are checked. More information Applus+ We have a comprehensive coverage policy to insure all your shipments from the point of goods pick up or delivery to Ibercóndor, until the delivery or passing of the goods to the agent and/or final client. In the case of an accident (loss or damage), Ibercóndor should be notified immediately, before removing the merchandise to evaluate damages to see if a report will be carried out on the site where the damages were detected. To process the claims, the following will be required: a copy of the commercial invoice, the Packing List, Airwaybill, delivery note(s) with reserves, claims letter and specific documentation that insurance companies sometimes require which will be reported at the moment of the incident.See prices and conditions
Air shipping documentation
The AWB (Airwaybill) is the transport document utilized, which in this case does not serve as a declaration of the value of the goods, for which is cannot be endorsed.
The AWB travels with the goods in an envelope with the rest of the related documentation for importation.
