In line with our characteristic spirit of innovation, we are launching a new consulting and customs management service. This service is closely related to the new precept AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) .
Taking into account the growing role of the customs broker and increasingly compicated customs requirements, there is a need for truly reliable consulting services to facilitate processes for all involved parties. To fill this niche and continue offering the best service to our clients, we have created just such a customs consulting service.
With this service we intend to be the visible liasion between customs and any other official organism related to international trade, and our clients, defending their interests and safeguarding the legality that our professional reputation as Customs Brokers, and holders of AEO certification, demands.
We are confident that our objective of transparency will undoubtedly benefit both parties represented.
Likewise, the importer will be able to carry out all consults they consider appropriate, with the goal of clarifying any legal hole or ambiguity that could arise in any international trade operation.
Said service consists of related consults, or any other in-situ inquiries to any official or private entity related directly to the case: health, pharmacy, SOIVRE, ministries, plants, etc.
This ensures that the client can always protect himself and operate under a reliable and agile legal framework, benefitting from the previously mentioned advantages with respect to competency.
