This instalment serves to guarantee all operations, given that all the logistics chain is controlled at all times by the Grupo Ibercóndor team.

Full Cargo Load service
Ibercóndor offers a special full cargo service (export / import) to all of Europe, with collaboration agreements with the main trucking fleets.

Cargo goods insurance
We have a complete coverage policy, to insure all your shipments from the point of pick up or delivery of goods to Ibercóndor, until they are delivered or passed to the agent and/ or final client.

In the case of an incident (loss or damages), Ibercóndor should be notified immediately, before removing the goods to evaluate damages and see if an expert report at the site where the damages were detected shall be carried out.

In order to process the claims, the following will be required: a copy of the commercial invoice, the Packing List, CMR with reserves, claims letter, and any specific documentation that the insurance company may require, which will be reported at the moment of the incident.
